I love being coached!

Coaches, mentors and professionals have been such a massive part of my personal growth and evolution 💫

I had my first coach at the age of 6 when I had my first tennis lesson. And since then I’ve had numerous coaches in many other sports…. As well as mentors in life.

As an adult I’ve continued to be coached… not in sports (I’m too old for that now 😂), but in life, business, health and fitness, and even parenting.

I can’t tell you how invaluable this guidance has been in my life! 🙏🏽

So it continues to surprise me when people are reluctant to reach out and access support. There are so many skilled and gifted people in the world, who have so much wisdom and knowledge to share…

It continues to surprise me that people believe they “should” be able to manage life, love and relationships by themselves, as though being an adult is a qualification and as such we should know ALL the things once we get to a certain age.

The reality is that we will never know all the things…

And that’s why I’m all for accessing support and guidance from those who specialise in their field.

And what I know is that having the right coach for me is soooo important! There are some coaches who know their shit, but I just don’t vibe with. And others who are amazing humans, but they can’t take me where I want to go…🤷🏻‍♀️

Just as I’m not going to be the right fit for everyone as a coach or therapist. If they’re not really wanting to address their shit, I’m definitely not going to be the right match.

My people WANT to do the work!!

My people are so ready and willing to show up, to be challenged, to trust in my leadership, and they show up with such realness, open heartedness and authenticity…

Work is not work for me 🥰 It’s a true gift 💝
