How you process heartbreak can determine what your next relationship looks like.
I spend hours each day working with people on their relationships; whether it’s getting over break-ups, calling in new lovers, or healing and enhancing current relationships. When it comes to life after heartbreak, I see people make the same mistakes, time and time again. This leads to them staying in pain and distress for far longer than is necessary, delaying the possibility of new love, as well as carrying “wounds” into new relationships.
I’m all about love; both self-love and that with others. So I offer these steps in the hope of speeding up the process and having you realign with your core, activating self-love, and creating more possibility of calling in new love.
